Research work is conducted on the industry of our clients, with a goal to identify the candidate with the most directly required skillset. We form the search perimeters here from first tier direct competitors, to second tier related companies.

Screening and Selection

In a Screening process, we identify a candidate’s core skills based on technical and business sets, as well as a candidate’s personality and cultural fit, and on the Candidate’s career expectation to the role with the goal of meeting accurate levelling.

Offer and negotiation

We manage the offer and negotiation process, providing valued input to our Client and Candidate with the goal of bridging expectations and to creating a satisfactory solution based on mutual agreements
